We’re looking for an exceptional Product Lead to help shape the future of B2B payments. At Mimo, we’re building the financial platform that powers how SMEs pay, get paid, and manage their cash flow.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping our roadmap, balancing usability improvements with new functionality, and navigating complex trade-offs across a broad and growing product surface. As a senior member of the product team, you’ll work closely with the founders, design, engineering, GTM, and customer success to deliver a product experience that delights customers and moves the business forward.
What you'll be responsible for
- Drive customer impact: Deeply understand our customers — from small business owners to accountants — and advocate for solutions that solve real pain points and drive measurable outcomes.
- Balance usability vs. new functionality: Make smart, data-informed decisions about where to invest — whether it’s polishing core flows or launching powerful new features.
- Handle complex trade-offs: Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities confidently, knowing when to go fast and when to go deep.
- Work cross-functionally: Collaborate across design, engineering, compliance, support, and go-to-market to ensure we’re building the right things — and shipping them right.
- Communicate like a pro: You’ll be expected to clearly articulate your thinking to founders, the wider team, and the board — ensuring alignment, transparency, and excitement around what’s coming next.
- Measure and improve: Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously optimise the product through experimentation, feedback, and iteration.
What we’re looking for
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or workflow-heavy platforms
- Have owned complex product areas end-to-end and to successful measurable commercial outcomes
- Bring strong product intuition, but back your decisions with data and user insight
- Independently able to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis (eg you are comfortable run cohort analysis and conduct a user/expert interview) and link findings to commercial potential
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-context environments and are comfortable working directly with founders and executives
- Understand the language of finance and payments — or are excited to learn quickly
- Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels with empathy and conviction
- Care deeply about building elegant, usable products that make life better for customers
- A background in high-performing environments (e.g. startups, consulting, banking) and knowing what great looks like is a must
