We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Designer. At Mimo, we prioritise team collaboration and user-centric design. Our teams are not handed predefined requirements—instead, they identify opportunities and craft innovative solutions while taking full ownership of the holistic user experience. We value learning, iteration, and data-driven decision-making, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to shape our product. We work in small, fast iterations and deploy to production frequently.

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for deeply understanding our users—primarily small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and their accountants managing B2B payments—and translating their needs into an exceptional user experience. You’ll work closely with product and tech to prioritise opportunities that enhance usability, streamline workflows, and drive real business impact.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working in cross-functional development teams.
• A strong UX/UI design background, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, making the complex seem simple—whether in writing, through prototypes, or in-person discussions.
• Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration to refine design decisions.
• The ability to articulate design decisions clearly and advocate for a high usability bar.
• A versatile skill set, knowing when pixel-perfect detail is necessary and when a quick sketch gets the job done.
• Expertise in Figma and proficiency in creating and managing design systems.

Bonus if you also have

• Experience in fintech
• A background in designing for SaaS products.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
