The Opportunity

Mimo was founded early 2023 because small businesses spend too much time and money on payments and financing. In 2024 we launched our end-to-end payments platform that put payments and financing on autopilot, enabling businesses to save hours per week and thousands in unnecessary fees.

Backed by leading institutional investors, Mimo is now rapidly scaling while building the future of small business finance. Currently at 25 employees and growing fast.

The Role

You will partner with founders and product leadership (CTO/CPO) to enable Mimo building better products, faster. In short, your key focus is to make product and engineering teams work better and having more impact.

You will work with a wide range of responsibilities such as

Ensuring go-to-market readiness

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on product launches, maximizing impact and learning

Leading product analytics

• Defining & implementing product usage metrics, creating dashboards and do deep dives to understand causal relationships.
• Participate in defining experiments and hypothesis testing
• Turn qualitative insights into actionable product opportunities, by structuring & synthesizing customer feedback

Iterate on way of working

• Establish and iterate on lightweight, scalable processes for roadmap planning, product launches, experimentation, and feedback loops.

Lead strategic projects across and adjacent to product development

• Procurement of key vendors such as banking partners and core SaaS services
• Roll-out of new features & products, managing beta test programmes and similar

We believe in working in close collaboration whilst enjoying each other's company from our office in central Stockholm, but there is some flexibility for a hybrid setup.

What we are looking for

• A few years of work experience from tier-1 consulting or a high pace startup/scaleup in an analytical role. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture relationships across functions & seniority levels
• You are comfortable being hands on writing SQL (we use BigQuery and Postgres) and to work with analytics tools like Amplitude and DataDog.
• Experienced in running qualitative interviews, and able to combine qual and quant analysis into actionable insights.
