What is Mimo?

At Mimo, we put payments and financing on autopilot for 10-100 employee SMEs. Our platform simplifies Money-In and Money-Out for business owners and the accountants and bookkeepers who support them. With offices in Stockholm and London, we’re building self-driving finances for SMEs across Europe.

Backed by top-tier investors like Northzone, Project A, and Seedcamp, we’ve raised ~€15M to date and built a fast-moving team of 25+. We are now hiring a Credit & Analytics Intern to support our business further.

Your Role in Solving Problems Across Mimo

As a Credit & Analytics Intern, you’ll get a front-row seat to how a fintech startup builds and scales its credit and analytics function. You’ll:

• Analyse financial data to inform lending decisions.

• Leverage AI to maintain and improve tools, workflows, and automations that keep our operations running smoothly.

• Collaborate across finance, product, and commercial teams to drive efficiency.

• Contribute to projects that strengthen Mimo’s credit, risk, and data foundations.

Your Path

This internship is designed to give you broad exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth fintech. You’ll learn how lending decisions are made, how AI is leveraged in a business, and how operations are scaled in a startup environment.

Requirements

• Probably in year 3-5 at university studies, with an impressive academic record.

• Be fluent in both English and Swedish.

• Be able to spend a minimum of two days per week at our office in Stockholm.

• Strong in financial analysis

• Experience with coding (Python, R, or similar), data manipulation (SQL) and exposure to AI/ML concepts
